My husband and I went to get a necklace charm repaired and buy a new chain. In the past, the black lettering in the charm always wears off within a week of daily wear. The jeweler said he has been testing out new methods for black lettering and it’s definitely been much better than our past experiences. The lettering he did is still looking good as new a month later! They were helpful when picking out the chain, they had a really diverse selection to choose from. We were really happy with our experience. We’ll be coming back here for any jewelry needs in the future!

Family owned and it shows with the care, knowledge, and inventory. About 5 years ago, I brought an expensive Raymond Weil watch in for a new battery and band. When they called to say that they were successful and it was ready for pick-up. Well I brought them all my watches & got new batteries and (where needed), bands. They exemplify what “Downtowns” used to be like, before malls!
